“We had the most fantastic time with Velocity team. It was my son’s 10th Birthday and my son and his friends had a real treat. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and looked after us well. The safety briefing was clear and when one of the boys got shot in a thumb, he got help straight away. Special thank you to our Marshall Dan who looked after the boys and made sure they have fun and stay safe. Dennis was also super helpful at the end. They played Happy Birthday to birthday boys and made their celebration special. Overall, a very good service and happy kids. The only thing which could be improved is to send weaver forms in advance as not all parents were present at the drop off. Thank you for a great day. Xxx”

From arrival the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, whenever we needed anything there was a member of staff always on hand to help with our equipment, purchases, facilities questions. The layout of the site was great as well and we found there a type of game for all of us. We will be coming back again that’s is a definite.”
